Information used for appointments
When you book, the clinic receives the patient’s name, contact number, selected time and consultation reason. These details are used to organise the appointment, contact you about the visit and prepare a patient registration record.
Who receives it
Authorised clinic staff can access appointment information in the clinical platform. The website and booking system use Cloudflare hosting. When the clinic connects Google Calendar, appointment times are synchronised with a generic appointment title.
Your choices
You can call the clinic instead of using online booking. To ask about your information, request a correction or discuss deletion, contact +91 90428 43390. Clinical record requirements may affect what the clinic can remove.
Website information
This site does not install advertising trackers. The hosting service processes technical request information, and the booking system uses a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Links to Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp open those services, whose privacy terms apply.
