Booking for someone else?
Use the patient’s name when booking and a mobile number where the clinic can reach the patient or their parent or guardian. Bring the patient’s existing reports and prescriptions.
Fees and visit arrangements
Call Reception to confirm consultation fees, payment options, parking and any mobility assistance you need before travelling.
Changing your appointment
